Scope

This notice covers www.tajalli.tech and the enquiry form on it. It does not cover Tajalli products deployed under customer agreements, which are governed by those agreements.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry, we receive:

• your name, company, work email address and, if provided, your role;
• the area of interest you select and the message you write.

Our hosting infrastructure processes technical data such as IP address and request metadata to deliver the site, protect it from abuse and limit repeated submissions.

If you choose a language or a color theme, the preference is stored in your browser (a cookie and local storage) so the site can remember it. It is not used for tracking.

What we do not do

• We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
• We do not run analytics on this website.
• We do not sell or rent personal information.

How we use it

Enquiry details are used only to respond to you and to manage the resulting business conversation. Delivery of enquiries may rely on an email service provider acting on our behalf.

Retention

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the business relationship, then delete it.

Your choices

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to contact@tajalli.tech.
